COTC Site Cover

Pure Health & Safety can provide Certificate of Technical Competence (COTC) qualified personnel to your site to ensure that as an operator you can comply with the minimum attendance requirements for “a competent person” as required by the Environmental Permitting Regulations 2007.

With operational experience in all types of waste facilities we understand the challenges in operating waste management sites of all types including, local authorities, aluminium recycling companies and waste management companies, and can provide a COTC Holder full time or interim COTC cover to comply with your need for technically competent management.

The minimum attendance requirement for Competent COTC Personnel can vary depending on the waste received as well as the type of facility, but in all instances, employing full-time, fully qualified staff can be costly; especially when the requirement for Technically Competent Management may only be for a few hours a week, or even less for Closed Landfill.
